Why I Started This Blog

I started this blog because I couldn’t stop thinking about creativity.

Not just the finished pieces: the paintings on walls, the music in headphones, the perfectly lit studios.

But the messy, quiet, invisible parts.
The spark before the idea.
The weird thoughts that show up when you’re walking to the fridge.
The part where you make something… and then doubt it entirely.
And then keep going anyway.

Sofi on Art is my way of paying attention to those moments. It’s a place to explore how creativity actually works, in the middle of real life. Between work and dinner, self-doubt and flow, inspiration and resistance.

This blog is about staying close to what moves you, not about becoming famous, perfect, or productive.

I write for the curious, the quiet ones, the wildly creative people who sometimes forget they are.

If that’s you — welcome: you’ve just found your kind of place.

Let’s make beautiful things.
